What we store

Step one, when you sign up: your email address, the date, and which video or page sent you (the link’s own utm values and the site you came from). Nothing else is asked for at this point.

Step two, on the thank-you screen, all optional: your first name, your role, and why you signed up. Skipping it changes nothing about the digest you receive. There is no phone number field anywhere on this site.

Where it is kept

Two places. A private file on our own server, which only we can read, holds the record that you consented and when. The list itself is held by our newsletter provider, beehiiv (beehiiv Inc., United States), who send the emails on our behalf and process your data under our instructions. That means your data is transferred to the USA. Nothing is sold, and nothing is handed to anyone else. If we change provider, this page names the new one before the change happens.

Why

To send you the weekly email you asked for. That is consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe; you can also reply to any of them and ask us to delete your data, or your step two answers only by replying “delete my answers”. We act on either within 72 hours.

Every email carries a one click unsubscribe. You can also write to the contact address above and ask us to delete your address, and we delete it.

No analytics, no tracking

There is no analytics script on this site, no tracking pixel and no advertising cookie. We set no cookies at all.

No external requests

The fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts, so your browser makes no request to another company while reading this page. The only outbound requests are the ones you start by clicking a link to a video platform, and from that point that platform's own privacy policy applies.

Server logs

The web server keeps ordinary access logs, which include IP addresses, for a short time for security and error checking. They are not used to build any profile.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and complain to a supervisory authority. Write to the contact address above.
